It gives me great pleasure to share PBC™-STIP's success stories over the years, and truly appreciate the support we have received from our cherished customers and partners.

At PBC™-STIP "sustainability" is a crucial term for our business, and we take special care in ensuring that our initiatives have a positive impact on our stakeholders. This requires us to achieve a balance between short and long-term concerns and between the needs of our customers and our company.

Over the years we have been able to blend our business objectives very effectively with our corporate citizenship concepts and have successfully managed to internalize these concepts with our day-to-day business process.

We are happy to inform that PBC™-STIP has been able to contribute to the sustainable growth & development of its business objectives. While PBC™-STIP has played a pioneering role in revolutionizing the office facilities and conference concept, its many environmental practices & endeavors have received appreciation and recognition from various global quarters.

We have made substantial progress and various initiatives have been taken to contribute to our organization's sustainable development. The manner in which we have managed our social & environmental issues without compromising on our core values such as 'Care for the Environment', 'Occupational Safety'; 'Equality & Quality' are setting examples for corporates to go green, whilst maximizing business growth.

The uniqueness of PBC™-STIP is the mountain quality fresh air it offers to its occupants and regards the health of its occupants as one of its prime concerns. In this fresh and green environment we offer state-of-the-art environment and technology and a host of conferencing event management options.

We are in exciting times ahead as the management of PBC™-STIP is promoting a new venture called "GreenSpaces™" in a notified Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for IT/ITES companies on a 24/7 operational basis. This will be the first fully integrated IT Park in the National Capital Region, Faridabad, providing new opportunities for businesses. The Technology Park will have a built up area of 1.68 million square feet and will be ready for occupation by 2013.
