The management of PBC™-STIP is in the process of developing
GreenSpaces™, which will be a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) certified Platinum rated 'Green building' and the world's most energy efficient commercial building.
GreenSpaces™ is an approved SEZ , Information Technology Park, with tax benefits, located only 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from the Delhi - Faridabad border on National Highway 2, and is very close to both NOIDA & Gurgaon.
The Park will have a total covered area of 1.68 million square feet, out of which 0.86 million will be "business space" - targeted towards IT/ITES companies. The structure itself will be a LEEDİ certified "Green Building" - a first for an IT Park in India.
Our award winning engineers designed GreenSpaces™ adhering to rigorous parameters laid down by the LEED© rating for a Platinum-level building. Particular care was taken in the design for:
