What is the maximum capacity for a conference at the Center?

The maximum capacity of ConferenceSpa™ is 80 in theatre seating.

What type of events does ConferenceSpa™ generally cater to?

ConferenceSpa™ has hosted innumerable conferences, board meetings, corporate trainings, interviews, video and audio conferencing, parties and get-togethers.

How much space do you have?

ConferenceSpa™ has 23 facilities of which 15 are conference and training rooms and 8 interview cabins.

Do you also provide Food and Beverage service?

Yes we provide food and beverage service. You can choose Deluxe lunch, Premium lunch or Regular lunch as per your need.

What additional facilities do you provide?

ConferenceSpa™ has a wide range of facilities to support your event. All our rooms have wi-fi internet connection and can be customized to meet your specific requirements. We also provide video and audio conferencing facilities which are available in most of the rooms.

What does the room tariff include?

Is accommodation available for delegates?

ConferenceSpa™ is purely a corporate meeting and training place and doesn't have accommodation facility. However ConferenceSpa™ has tie-ups with various hotels within 1 km radius and can assist in making necessary arrangements for the delegates to stay.

How do I reach ConferenceSpa™?

ConferenceSpa™ is situated in one of the prime locations of New Delhi, Nehru Place, which is Asia's largest IT and electronics market. The location is accessible through any means of transport. Do you have car parking available at ConferenceSpa™?

ConferenceSpa™ has dedicated parking for the delegates. There are two car-parking areas-one right opposite ConferenceSpa™ and the other in the basement. The total parking space available with us is for 125 cars.

What is “Conferencing in mountain fresh environment”?

ConferenceSpa™ is unique compared to others because, to us, the health of our customers is of prime importance. ConferenceSpa™ maintains Indoor-Air Quality of ASHRAE standard, whereby the temperature and oxygen level of the air within the building is regulated and monitored to maintain and preserve healthy indoor environment.

The unique, Indoor Air Quality within ConferenceSpa™ is comparable to the air quality in virgin mountains and having any event at ConferenceSpa™ is like having it in a mountain-fresh environment.

How is the Indoor Air Quality of ConferenceSpa useful for my event?

At ConferenceSpa™ we believe that your event is special and no event is successful unless and until the gathering is alert. We have developed a unique way to purify the air within the building to maintain standard level of oxygen.

We use technology developed initially by NASA scientists of U.S.A (using green plants to remove toxins and harmful gases in indoor air). The ambient air is washed, filtered and further purified through selected natural plants. It is then pumped inside the building and as a result, the level of CO2 and other indoor-air pollutants remains low throughout the day.

The higher the level of oxygen in the air, higher is the intake of oxygen per inhalation, which keeps your brain alert and productive during your trainings, conferences, seminars or meetings.
