Arica Palm

Arica Palm

This room is named after Arica Palm (Sci. name: Chrnsalidocarpus Lutescens) also known as golden cane palm, and is considered as one of the most popular houseplant across the world. The plant is natively found in Madagascar and other tropical & subtropical regions of the world and needs drained soil to propagate. Amaltas is known across the world as an efficient pollution absorber and thus widely used as an indoor plant.

Arica palm is surrounded by break out cabins, which provides a perfect set up for conducting trainings, group interviews or written tests. It can accommodate around 45 people and can also be used as waiting area by interview candidates. The one-to-one sessions can be conducted in the cabins. The executive lunch room is also located on the same floor of the conference room.


Gardenia

Gardenia

This room is named after the genus of 200 species of flowering plants in the family Rubiaceae. Gardenia has very fragrant creamy-white flowers and glossy dark-green leaves. Gardenia is believed to have been named after Alexander Garden, a physician in Charleston, South Carolina, during colonial days.

Gardenia is an ever green shrub known for sweet scent of its flowers.

The room is highly flexible in terms of seating style, has an excellent ambience for holding trainings and seminars and well-crafted wooden floor adds to the overall look and feel of the room. Wide glass windows on one side of the room allow natural light making the room stress-free and more pleasant.

The room is named after Royal Palm tree (Sci. name: Roystonea). The tree is native to the tropical and sub-tropical regions of the world, but also grows well in diverse climates.

The royal palm leaves are used in making traditional manual fans and even as roof covering in many parts of the world, especially rural regions.

This room is named after the tree Amaltas (Sci. name: Cassia fistula). Amaltas is also called 'The Golden Shower Tree' and is a flowering plant of the family Fabaceae, native to southern Asia and widely found in Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka. Widely grown as an ornamental plant it is also an important herb used in many medicinal preparations.

This room is named after the Tree Banyan (Sci. name: Ficus Benghalensis) The Banyan tree grows widely throughout tropical Asia and is an evergreen tree. The tree grows to a height of several meters - 21 or more - and lives for many, many years. The Banyan tree is also called 'kalpa vriksha' or 'tree that fulfils your wishes' and is considered sacred by many.

It is a free seating hall, allowing flexible seating options suited for both conferences and interviews when used in conjunction with a small cabin adjoining it. Cafe Einstein is a multicuisine restaurant located on the same floor.


Chinar

This room is named after the Chinar tree (Sci. name: Platanus Orientalis) of the family 'Platanacae', a native of the Eastern Mediterranean Region. It has found a home in the Western Himalayas specially the Kashmir region of India. Chinar thrives in moist and well drained soils, and provides timber for furniture and is also of medicinal value. The tree stands at its loveliest when Autumn turns it a fiery orange and gold.

The Chinar Conference room is situated on the 6th floor and is crafted for holding trainings and board-room meetings. The room is spacious and allows flexible seating to suit customer requirements.


Chinar Pine & Gulmohar

This 'trinity' of rooms is an extremely flexible set with individual as well as combined usage possibilities. Ideal for conducting workshops, board meetings and interviews of all kinds when combined, these can also be used as three individual meeting rooms as well as a single conference hall for up to 80 conferees.

A hall best suited for small gatherings of 8 conferees, Pipal is ideal for conducting interviews, client meetings, board meetings and presentations. The adjoining lobby, which can be used as a waiting area, gives the hall an advantage over others.

This exclusive boardroom is located at the ground floor and is suitable for holding meetings in boardroom style. This conference room is named after Silver Oak (Sci. name: Grevillea robusta), beautiful looking tree native of eastern costal Australia and is also called Australian Silver Oak. It is used in making musical instruments, a top for the acoustic stomp box and guitar inlays. Due to its rot resistant nature, in earlier days its timber was used in external window joinery as well.

This room’s name has been inspired from Lime which refers to fruits of citrus nature and is frequently associated with the lemon.

The named is inspired by Teak tree (Sci. name: Verbenaceae Tectona), it is native to south and southeast of Asia, and is commonly found as a component of monsoon forest vegetation. 

A fixed seating hall designed for conducting boardroom meetings of 16 conferees and is equipped with screens on both sides, ambience and décor of the hall provides the perfect business atmosphere.
